The MIT Center for eBusiness
2004 Annual Sponsors' Conference:
"eBusiness is Business"

The 2004 eBusiness Annual Conference will be held on May 18th and May 19th until Noon, at the MIT Faculty Club. A preliminary agenda is now available.

The Annual Conference will be open to a broad set of executives from our sponsor companies, as well as faculty and students from MIT. Last year over 200 executives attended the Annual Conference. This year's conference will be organized around a set of research Special Interest Groups that have emerged as the focus of our research. These groups are "Digital Marketing Strategy," "Digital Productivity," "Global Financial Services," "IT Products and Services," and "Communications Futures". Faculty from each of these groups will present the latest results of their research. We invite all our sponsors to attend this our most important event of the year.

This year for the first time, we are also pleased to invite our sponsors to the first MIT CIO Symposium. The Symposium will take place on the afternoon of May 19th, from Noon till 6:00 pm, followed by a cocktail reception. CIO Symposium speakers include: Scott Griffin, CIO of Boeing, Douglas Busch, CIO of Intel, Marc Gordon, CIO of BestBuy, Keith Collins, CTO of SAS, Al-Noor Ramji, CIO of Qwest Communications, Peter Hourihan, CIO of Cognos and Rob Clyde, CTO of Symantec.

If you have any questions, please contact Robynne DeCaprio at 617-253-7054 <rdecaprio@mit.edu>.

If you are not a sponsor of the MIT Center for eBusiness, but are interested in attending to learn more about the benefits we offer our sponsors, please contact David Verrill at (617)-452-3216 or (dverrill@mit.edu)
